The seeds of ER INDUSTRIES were sown in 2020 by Mr. Nirav Patel, starting with a production capacity of 20 MT per month. Since inception, the company has experienced steady and exponential growth across ferrous and non-ferrous precision forging.
In January 2025, ER INDUSTRIES further strengthened its manufacturing capabilities by installing a new plant with a production capacity of 150 MT per month for ferrous and non-ferrous forging parts.

Compact 150NC band saw precision-cuts raw steel round bars into exact billet lengths, ensuring consistent weight and minimal material waste.

Die Design
In-House Tooling & Die Design
CAD/CAM engineered closed-die tooling designed and manufactured entirely in-house. Numbered die racks ensure rapid retrieval and zero tooling confusion.
Stage 03
Hot Forging
Hot Forging Line
Red-hot billets forged on 50-Ton Power Press with induction heating systems, ensuring uniform grain structure and superior mechanical properties.

CNC & QC
CNC Finishing & Quality
Precision CNC turning/milling delivers final tight-tolerance dimensions. 100% dimensional verification, NDT testing, and export-grade vacuum packaging for global shipment.
